By accessing or using PMill Sports ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PMill Sports is a sports analytics and prediction platform that provides:

• AI-powered game analysis and edge detection
• Statistical data and trends for sporting events
• Simulated betting tracking (play money only)
• Educational content about sports analytics

Important: PMill Sports is an information and entertainment service. We do NOT facilitate, process, or accept real money wagers. We are NOT a sportsbook, bookmaker, or gambling operator.

3. User Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Subscription and Payment

Free Tier: Basic access to statistics and simulated betting tracking at no cost.

Credit Packs: One-time purchases of credits that can be used to unlock individual game analyses. Credits do not expire.

Subscription: Monthly recurring payment for unlimited access to all premium content. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Refunds: Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not available once content has been accessed. Please contact support for exceptional circumstances.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service (scraping, bots, etc.)
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit our content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Impersonate any person or entity

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PMill Sports and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Any predictions, analysis, or information will be accurate
• Using our analysis will result in profitable outcomes

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Sports betting involves risk, and you should never bet more than you can afford to lose.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PMILL SPORTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Financial losses from betting decisions
• Costs of substitute services

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PMill Sports, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

For material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or via email.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• Unused credits are non-refundable
• Active subscriptions will not be refunded for the current period

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
